Done?

What do you think?

I know what I think…

I think Senator Feinstein needs a democracy lesson.

Will someone please get that blundering geriatric a rocking chair, a glass of wine, and a damn Howard Zinn book?  Please?!?!

“The Greatest Generation”  is almost finished ruining this country with their blind allegiance and inability to admit that they were lied to.

There’s nothing wrong with being lied to.  Knowing you were lied to and going along with it though, is the same as telling the lie yourself.

When Tom Brokaw, in his 1998 book ‘The Greatest Generation’, said of this generation, “it is, I believe, the greatest generation any society has ever produced.” he argued that these men and women fought not for fame and recognition, but because it was the “right thing to do.” When they came back they built America into a superpower.” (From Wiki)

Tom Brokaw
With what is now known about WWII and the downright deceit, lies, and murder in the name of profits for multinational corporations, Tom Brokaw should be seen for what he was; a corporate shill who had no problem being the face and voice of for a snowballing lie for over two decades.

Oh, and Barbara, in case you read this… Add me to this of people who know you are full of shite and see you fully, clearly, for the contrast you provide as to what is true, right, and good about this country.

My mother is part of “the greatest generation”, and while she is the hardest working person I have ever met, she has had an incredibly difficult time resolving the fact that she had been lied to for basically her whole life by the same government she was told she needed to sacrifice for.

It’s never okay to squelch the voices of dissent unless one wants there to only be one voice, which apparently, is what Senator Feinstein wants considering all mainstream media is owned by the same group of corporations.

Callous Behavior

As events in our lives become more and more distant, their memory blends in with the other events of the days, weeks, and years that adjoin them until they become so faint that they seemingly dissolve.

That once burdensome memory becomes lighter and lighter over time until the only marker that remains is a steeled yet supple spot on the heart; the site of an internal battle fought and won, or a callous area… the site of battles that linger on.

The callouses guide us. They warn us.

Our parents used them as badges. A way of identifying each others choices. Honor, respect, duty, shame. etc. They had badges for everything.

Living in sentiment facilitates this type behavior. It’s a type of dreaming that doesn’t have much use for the present.

The badges help to remind us. We work to forget them, hoping that in doing so we will be free from them.

Those of us in pain look for them on others; searching for our broken match, dreaming of catching the hapless soul responsible for our loss, for our guilt, for our rage.

We really do try.

We contextualize. We revisit those callous areas.

We ultimately forgive ourselves just enough to get by because no one likes to be bled on. Unless they are bleeding too, then they don’t notice.

Too many noticeable scars… and we fight to show that we are something else.

Not enough… and we fiercely claim their legitimacy.

There are wounds that might be too faint for anyone else to see, and someone needs to know that they are indeed there.

The sad truth is that we all have too many scars.

Callouses restrict our range of motion. Maybe our bodies know that in hardening themselves, we risk less.

Punishment gives birth to armor.

It’s not the bleeding that is so bad as it is the stains. Once someone sees us with a stain, we know we will forever be that in their eyes.

They are to us.

Too us, I suppose.

Don’t they know that without claiming to be something, we feel at risk of not being anything?

We’ve seen the people they told us are not anything. They don’t treat them like people.

So we choose.

Badges. Labels. Bruises. Callouses.

We are them, politely, until we are no longer.

Faded.

We roam.

Disrespected angels, covered in stickers and patches

Costs of Operations

I don’t pay too much attention to mainstream politics anymore, yet the supreme court DOMA hearings and the recent Monsanto Bill has brought to mind how it seems like most people still think that politics are actually real. It mystifies me.

The data that the majority of television and journalistic programming is controlled by a handful of corporations exists and has been available for years. Why would anyone still pay attention to the puppet show except to see who’s hand is up currently up their ass?

Sorry. I don’t mean to be crass. Really though… “I’m just saying”.

Chris Hedges, a journalist who used to write for the New York Times, and who writes about the media in the U.S. recently wrote,

The celebrity trolls who currently reign on commercial television, who bill themselves as liberal or conservative, read from the same corporate script. They spin the same court gossip. They ignore what the corporate state wants ignored. They champion what the corporate state wants championed. They do not challenge or acknowledge the structures of corporate power.

So why the current circus about gay marriage?

One likely reason gay marriage is feared by the “Powers That Were” is because legalizing it would mean the end to the decades old practice of blackmailing low level political operatives for homosexual acts. For the record, that means congressmen, senators, and presidents.

(BTW… Low Level Political Operative = LOL POOP)

Do any amount of reading on the “Bohemian Grove” or watch the banned-from-TV documentary Conspiracy of Silence and one can start to get a glimpse of the true reality of politricks in the United States.

Think about it… The people that are against DOMA regularly take money from lobbyist who work for companies that consider fines for fraud as “a cost of operations” and think of murder and torture in terms of “collateral damage”. Do you really believe it’s about morality or ethics?

When the Monsanto bill was attached as a “rider” to the Agricultural Appropriations Bill and secretly pushed through congress, Facebook lit up with rants about how Obama is the devil. One of my friends, who is a thoughtful and conscious being, wrote that Obama “was vested either ideologically or financially” in Monsanto and then proceeded to list things like a new jet, or a loads of cash, as the probable reasons Obama signed the bill.

I wrote back that  I didn’t see any consideration given to possibilities such as his family being harmed, or a school shooting happening, or an earthquake being used to cause a nuclear meltdown, etc.. if he didn’t sign, and within minutes he admitted that he forgot the “personal threat angle.”

I dont present this example to blow my horn, my goal is to use it to illustrate how the pervasive logic that everyone in government is out for themselves is a narrative straight from the headlines that are owned and operated by the same people that run Monsanto.

How likely is it that it is the ultimate truth?

If one looks into the history of how the U.S. government is managed and how presidents are controlled a world of deceit, violence, coercion, and blackmail emerges as the norm.  This is the world that the MSM never focuses on. Because the MSM is a TOOL for the corporate power, they’d love for you to believe that it’s always about the money. In actuality though, if they’re PRINTING TRILLIONS, and earning BILLIONS, and how big of a deal is a few hundred million?

Would you poison someone for a hundred million? How about a billion? Would you do it to save your wife and kid? Would you do it to save a million people? Read a few chapters of “The Franklin Cover Up,” and then think about the reality of being “ideologically or financially” vested.

People, including children and families, are being raped, tortured, and murdered… it’s not always about the money and we do ourselves a disservice in adhering to the narrative that it is.

“Their” game is about POWER and CONTROL.

Money is a tool to those who crave POWER. No more, no less.

Earth School: Born in the U.S.A.

Living in the United States in the latter part of the 20th century is a gift of astounding contrariety.

On one hand a relatively stable government has provided a firm foundation for “the pursuit of happiness”, on the other hand a restrictive and inequitable economic code of conduct subverts any effort to live in a way that is not aligned with the country’s financial aims… which as it turns out, are corporate goals intended to benefit a select few.

Since we are all here in/on “Earth School”, as I’ve heard it called, in order to learn and experience what it is like live apart from source/creation instead of as a conscious part of creation, the realization that there are no victims, that we are equal… playing our part in a grand experiment allows us to hold no grudges for those we THINK have harmed us.

Now what’s that you say?

You HAVE been harmed? Poisoned? Lied to? Murdered? Tortured? Raped? Starved?

Have YOU really, or are those things part of your human experience?

If one believes that they ARE a part of source/creation, not separate from it, then the opportunity to see how the reality we live in is shaped by our own perceptions/reflections demonstrates how the school works.

Don’t like being lied to? Don’t lie.

Don’t like being made a slave? Don’t burden anyone else.

Don’t like being poisoned, raped, tortured, etc? Then don’t do those things.

A common response to this line of thinking, because it was my own when I first began to truly grasp the power that comes from comprehending karma, is…

I don’t kill! I don’t lie! I haven’t tortured,raped, or poisoned anyone!

And my response to that would be… Maybe not in THIS lifetime.

Alas… Why would you choose to be born in North America? There are other places that have stable governments  and basic freedoms. Why choose to be born in the U.S.A.?

My answer would be because there is nowhere else on the planet that provides the learning environment that America does.

Thinking karmically, living in America in the 20th century could be the equivalent of taking a crash course about the Abuse of Power.

Our government, our media, our industries, are all built on the premise that power grants security and safety. Get enough money, and you will be safe. Get enough power, and you’ll always have enough money.

The false belief that money equals safety is rampant in this country. We’ve even branded it….

“THE AMERICAN DREAM”

Study economics long enough and eventually you learn that it isn’t a science. At least not in the sense that there is a unifying theory that can repeatedly predict the behaviors related to cost, supply, or demand.

There is a great post about this over on the American Kabuki blog that illustrates this point exactly. Basically, it describes how PEOPLE are the unpredictable factor that keep economist up at night.

We simply are not predictable…  unless we are kept in “survival mode”.

The moment humans no longer have to worry about paying for their survival all bets are off as to what will happen.

One thing is sure though…

In order to get to that place where we, as a species, no longer have to worry about paying to live on this planet we will first collectively have to learn how not to abuse the power that comes with being truly FREE.

Stepping Out into Freedom

“I saw a movie once where soldiers who were prisoners of war were held in a brutal concentration camp during WW2. They were made to do all kinds of horrendous work and things that were against their will, moral code, like “snitch” on each other, fight for food, etc. The soliders that wouldn’t do these things were killed.

Then one evening the Germans flee the camp because the Russians were coming and the prisoners were left there alone. Nobody ‘announced’ to the POW’s that they were “free” because the Russians chased the Germans and left the camp. The POW’s had to figure it out for themselves that there was no one actually guarding them anymore.

The interesting thing about this was how even after a couple prisoners, who thought they were risking their lives by peeking out of their quarters by stepping outside of the barracks, returned unscathed and told the others that they were free, some of them didn’t believe them.

Some cried with happiness. Some refused to believe. Some become angry, thinking it was another “trick” their captors were using to thin the population out. Some laughed hysterically. Some choose to lay down and believe that would die there. For some, it took a LOT of convincing to even feel safe enough to GO CHECK FOR THEMSELVES.

When others came back and said that they too didnt see anyone guarding them. Most didn’t know what to do with themselves. They had longed for FREEDOM for so long and now it was here, and suddenly they had to think and feel for themselves again.

They had people telling them what was right and wrong, and what to do and not do, for so long that the process of actually taking back their own freedom was mentally and emotionally painful, making physical action extremely difficult.” –   “D” Via removingtheshackles.blogspot.be

[Edited by me for tense and clarity]

I read this and laughed a little because I thought it was sadly humorous. Then I became actually sad because I see how most won’t or can’t leave their comfort zones right now in order to experience TRUE FREEDOM.

So I ask people who are in their comfort zones…

What would you do if you found out you didn’t have to pay to live on this planet?

How would you react to being told that you, your parents, and your parents parents, ad nauseum… had been lied to?

How would you react to being told you were born into corporate subjugation?

Sophia Love makes a great point when she writes…

“The slavery system we’ve been in is brilliant; so subtle as to be invisible. Visible now, we realize with each revelation just how deep the enslavement is embedded.  It is part of our language, our customs, and our thought process.  We grow up striving to make “more” money so that we can attract partners and own stuff.  A car, a house, food, clothing, even knowledge carries a price tag.  How much and the quality of these things declare our worth.” http://www.lightworkerseries.blogspot.com/

So… now that the doors to freedom are open via the OPPT what are you going do.  Laugh? Cry? Wait and see?

No one can do it for you.
